Batam, 03 December 2025 – This morning, Panbil Industrial Estate welcomed a team from the Batam Immigration Office for a Coffee morning and socialization session on APOA (Aplikasi Pelaporan Orang Asing / Foreigners Reporting Application). Many tenants in Panbil Industrial Estate employ foreign staffs, resulting in a substantial presence of foreign nationals in the industrial area.
The session was presented by Jefrico Daud Marturia, Head of Intelligence and Immigration Enforcement at the Batam Immigration Office. He provided detailed guidance on the process of reporting foreign nationals using the official application system of the Directorate General of Immigration, Indonesia. His team also conducted live tutorials to ensure HR representatives from Panbil Industrial Estate tenants fully understand the reporting procedures.
Following the presentation, a Q&A session was held, allowing HR representatives to raise concerns and ask questions related to foreigner reporting. All inquiries were addressed directly by the immigration officials, providing clarity and guidance to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
