BP Batam in collaboration with representatives from the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), successfully conducted the Socialization of the Investment Clinic and Dissemination of the Investment Dashboard. The event provided a platform to introduce and explain the new online system, which aligns with Government Regulations No. 25 and No. 28 of 2025. These regulations further strengthen BP Batam’s authority in issuing business licenses and supporting activity permits (PB-UMKU) through the OSS-RBA platform.
The investment dashboard significantly facilitates business operators in processing licenses and reporting issues directly. With direct support from BKPM and the Ministry of Investment, the new system offers a more accessible, efficient, and transparent licensing process. This includes features for LKPM reporting and investment facility applications that can now be easily accessed through OSS-RBA. This development is expected to foster a more conducive, effective, and predictable investment climate for all business players operating within the Batam Free Trade Zone (KPBPB Batam).
The socialization event, held at Wyndham Panbil Hotel Batam, was attended by representatives from all tenants of Panbil Industrial Estate. The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, allowing participants to gain deeper insights into the implementation of the new regulations and system.
